FAQ

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.00 before tax. This will
automatically be applied at checkout.

Where are you located?

We are located in the beautiful community of Belmont in southwestern Ontario.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Although we try to keep our bakery as efficient as possible, in order to
keep our products as fresh as possible we don’t carry a large inventory.

You can expect your order to be shipped within 2 to 10 business days.
Once shipped you will be sent a tracking number to keep tabs on those delicious treats!

Where can I purchase your products?

We are a small family run treat company, and as such are carried in only a
few very select retail locations. You can check those out here:

Barking Babies

In The Raw - Food for Dogs and Cats Inc.

Long Live Cats and Dogs

Fraser Heights Animal Hospital

Bone & Biscuit

Bark, Bath and Beyond Pet Boutique

Whistler Happy Pets

But never fear, if there isn’t a store near you, you can order here. Or perhaps ask
your favourite retailer to bring them in for you!

Can my treats be frozen?

Most definitely! That is a great way to extend their shelf life if you don’t
often treat your pet, or if they are very small.

What is the shelf-life of your treats?

Since our treats contain no additives or preservatives, this is a very good
question! Our treats are packaged as soon as they are cooled from the
oven, then packed in airtight ziplock containers. They are fresh for a year
in the unopened package, and after opening they are good for up to 2
months, when stored in an airtight container. If you wish to extend the
shelf life of your dog’s treats you can refrigerate or freeze them.

Can I request a sample?

Is your dog super-picky and you’re not sure he’d like a particular flavour?
Why not order up a couple samples to try them out? You can do that here.
We limit one sample request (of up to 6 flavours) per household.

Are your treats suitable for a raw food diet?

Most definitely! These treats were developed with a raw food diet in
mind! They are slow cooked under low heat to maintain nutritional
integrity and digestibility. We think it’s so much easier to put some treats in your pocket than a big ol’ piece of meat, no?

Are your treats gluten-free?

Yes, although they aren’t entirely grain-free. We do use organically grown oats, which contain no gluten and are a great alternative for wheat and grain sensitive dogs.

My dog has allergies. Will these treats work for her?

Absolutely! All of our treats are made with only one protein and a couple
fruits or vegetables, suitable for dogs on a limited ingredient diet. Also,
they are baked under low heat making them easy to digest.

Are your treats appropriate for puppies?

Our treats contain no additives or preservatives, and are slow baked under low heat for maximum digestibility, so they are great for little ones who tend to have very sensitive tummies! Not only that, they are segmented so they break up easily, don’t leave crumbs in your pockets, so they’re great to bring along on a walk and are excellent for training!

What if my dog doesn’t like the treats?

Sometimes some dogs really just don’t like a particular flavour; we get it, Itty Bear doesn’t like peanut butter! All of our treats come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you or your dog is unhappy with the product in any way, just contact Auntie Kim and she will personally see to it that you are looked after:
